Why aren't my customers receiving texts?
If you're not seeing any conversations, there are a few things you can check:
- Make sure your checkout form is set up correctly. You can find the steps for doing so and ensuring your Shopify store is compliant right here.
- Make sure you have abandoned checkouts. You can view them in your Shopify admin under Orders > Abandoned Checkouts.
- Check if your customers are outside of the The Philippines 🇵🇭. Text messages can only be sent to PH numbers.
